At Happy Bits we try to use as much bamboo as possible, but sometimes this can be challenging. However, we do use a minimum of 70% bamboo going up to 80%+ (depending on the style of socks).
Yes, absolutely. However, wearing our normal range of bamboo socks with sports trainers during intense activity can make your socks bobble more than usual.
Unfortunately no. But our smallest size (4-7) does cover children 12 years and over. So teenagers can be kitted out in them.

We are proudly British owned. Our socks are designed here in the UK and our socks are manufactured in Türkiye.
We rigorously tested our happy bits socks vs competitors using bamboo and other materials over a 6 month period and found our socks outlasted all other brands. Our socks did bobble more than 2 of our competitors however this was due to the high amount of bamboo used in our socks. The 2 competitors were using 45% and 55% bamboo only against Our 75%. The designes on the socks were intact and there was no holes and significant signs of wear unlike other socks tested.

Delivery
2-4 Business days
Our standard delivery is £2.99 and delivery is free if you spend £30 or more.
EU shipping usually takes around 2 to 11 business days. Shipping to EU costs £14.99.
International delivery costs £23.99 and usually takes 3 to 17 business days.
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived on time, we understand your concern. Rest assured, we’re here to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Firstly, we recommend checking the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email to see if there are any updates on the delivery status. Sometimes, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high shipping volumes.
If there are no updates or if you’re unable to track your package, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We’ll promptly investigate the matter and initiate communication with the courier company responsible for your delivery.
It’s important to note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, the courier service is a separate entity, and delays may occasionally happen beyond our control. Nevertheless, we’ll do everything within our power to communicate with the courier and track down your order to get it to you as soon as possible.
Returns
If you’ve had a change of heart and no longer want your order, we understand. You’re welcome to return it, however return shipping costs will have to be covered by you. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we’ll process a refund for the purchase price minus the original delivery fee.
